I've seen it and it's surprisingly good. I hated Beta House but the Book of Love has restored my faith in American Pie and the V production company, it's actually quite funny, it's nothing spectacular, it's very predicable and it's stupid in place, one scene involving Stiffler and a moose ruined the entire movie for me but apart from that scene it's got everything you expect from American Pie, sexual humour, hot girls, predictable scenarios and a 'feel good' ending.

If your into American Pie you should see this movie, it's the best of the straight-to-DVD releases in my opinion and it actually has a half decent cast. It'll get panned by critics like most sexually-driven teenage comedy's and by movie standards it's not great but by AP standards and V standards it's good.
