I don't know if anyone on here has any knowledge on diet/bodybuilding (if you think eating fats causes coronary heart disease leave now please. And on that note, if you think eating polyunsaturates is good for you then please slap yourself around the face and then leave), anyway I have come up with a diet (except I'm lacking what to eat for meal five pre workout) And I'm aiming for about 2800-3000 calories, not that they are the best indicator of your macros.

Here is a link to download my diet plan for excel. I'm also drinking 4.5 litres of water and a pint of milk everyday. Gone for 40/30/30 Carbs Protein Fats. Might up the carbs a bit, don't know. I'm slightly underweight too so.
