Like Mr. Jamesy said, we need some here and there and also for back up. :)

Ye we only have SuperNic. , Laurensh1, Bolt660 and Mr-T as normal moderators when really there should be at least 1 mod in each category :P

Yes, Good luck to anyone that applies to be a Mod. :D It will be fun working with new people. (Not that the old ones are bad. :P)

As the others have said, sometimes we are a bit short in particular sections. Some of the sections require a background knowledge of the topic to be able to moderate it well. Me moderating tech forums for instance would equal fail. :D

Once again, good luck to anyone that decides to apply. :)

"REPORT ALL BAD POSTS!!"

the sig full with links like 'use the report button, pm me for help, don't break the rules, heres a link to the rules' etc etc etc etc etc etc then when they fail, it reverts straight back to how it was originally. waste of time rly

Recs/Applications were going to be used anyway before you resigned.

Not because we didn't like any of them, we thought it would be to combine both at the same time to be honest. :P

2 I'd say. At least then if one goes away, or out for the day they aren't faced with a backlog. Doesn't necessarily mean there needs to be enough mods hired to fulfill this though - I was doing five categories before being promoted :eusa_danc

Lol if a moderator can do 5 categories this forum has serious inactivity issues! When I was there if you had to have someone doing 3 categories it was all hands on deck and hire as many mods as possible to fill the gaps :P

2 per category is our desire (ish) I believe, apart from General where there needs to be three.

It's not ideal for a Moderator to take on 3 busy categories, usually a moderator's categories are weighted, James was an excess because he chose to be and worked very hard, however only two of the categories he worked were major categories, the others were the smaller ones.

Usually a moderator will work a major category (such as Habbo, General, Technology) then take on either one or two less major categories.

At least, thats the way it appears to pan out.
