So there's this website (www.theuniformproject.com) that's run by this girl that's trying to do an exercise in sustainable fashion.

Basically, she has seven identical copies of this basic gray button down dress that is reversible. Then each day she puts on different layers, accessories, shoes, etc., all of which are either vintage, hand-made, or hand-me-downs. She's doing this for a year, and each day she's posting up an image of her outfit. She's also collecting donations as a fundraiser for the Akanksha Foundation, a grassroots movement that is 'revolutionizing education in India'. All contributions go towards their School Project which funds uniforms and other education expenses for children living in the slums of India.

Anyway, my friend showed me this recently I thought it was kind of cool so I figured I'd share. Some of her outfits are actually pretty cute, though some of them I'm definitely not a fan of. Anywho, enjoy!

It's quite a nice idea and an interesting site, although i'm not keen on the outfits.

Yeah some of them are really quite hideous, but you do have to hand it to her for the idea, and for trying so hard in some of them. She's already raised like 40,000 for charity too, which is pretty fabulous.

The ideas good, along with the fact that shes raised so much money, but the outfits themselves are pretty awful. Like, on the 6th Dec shes wearing a cape :S

That's so awesome!!!! That would be so hardcore to do for a whole year, but totally awesome. And she came up with some good outfits. Very indie/bohemian!
