It says it going to charge me 1 pound in my bank and it'll take 2-3 days to appear on my online bank but do you use it as a credit card that runs from your bank account. Im confused

not sure what youre asking really.

paypal basically acts as a middle man. you pay paypal, and paypal then pay the person that youre buying from.

to confirm your address they charge your bank two small amounts and then you enter the small amounts on paypal where it says. as for confirming your card, im not sure what i did lol

To confirm a debit card you enter the card details, then paypal will make two small charges to the card, these will show on a statement which can be checked online if you have internet banking, or at your bank. You then enter the two amounts charged to confirm the card, similar to confirming a bank accoutn really.

I never understood this either. I believe they pay you the amount back afterwards, but what's the point of confirming it at all? I've used my PayPal account but never confirmed my card.

What is the limit without it being confirmed?
Where is the option to withdraw.

In the nav bar. Not sure what the limit is, but you can find out on the withdraw page

They said they would charge me £1 to my bank account and I have to write in the two digits at the start of the transaction code.
When I was confirming my bank though they but two sums into it and I just had to enter the amount.
They said the transaction will appear on my statement in the next 2-3 working days and I cant seem to use my card until I confirm it, cant find where it is anywhere.

Seems strange. When Did you do it? Give it til Monday and then ring up. Although, they may close your account if they find out ur under 18. I don't think I ever ha to confirm my bank :s

Why would they close my account, to get a debit card you need to be 16+ in my bank.

Because if you actually read the terms and conditions, you have to be 18 to open up a paypal account. I'm not trying to be argumentative but the way you're replying to my posts sounds like you're just being arrogant. I'm trying to help you...

I'm not trying to come across as argumentative. I've had my bank account confirmed on my PayPal for over 3 months so if anything happens it would have already happened :P
Plus, I'm sure thousands of people all over the UK have done or are doing this too.

What I meant was if it's not there by Monday ring up, which is where the comment came from. I don't know if you have a high pitched voice lol. I know, I had my paypal when I was 16 I think and my bank since 14.

(but i was being serious about the taxman in the other thread cus u can only earn about£6000 before you start paying. And you are classed as earning the money)

Dont really mind paying tax, as long as I am still earning money.
The PayPal page said wait 2-3 working days until it will show on the transaction. When I was confirming my bank I also had to wait like 2 working days.

Yh you'll just lose like 20% of your money after your £6000

I'm still not sure what you're saying though, have you waited longer than that or are you just letting us know you have to wait? Lol

I was wondering if that was the only thing I had to do, I am paranoid.

Oh haha, well I presume so. Paypal guides you through all the steps that are necessary, so I wouldn't worry about it
