John Higgins is psycho!!!

O'Sullivan is playing at the best I've seen him for a long time but he's still being annihilated 6-2 at the mid-session interval. Higgins has been a little bit lucky now and again when he's made mistakes without them costing him much. It's only a semi-final but it's as good as a final with the standard they're both playing at. Wouldn't be surprised if Ronnie pulled it right back after the break.

Am I the only one here who watches Snooker lol? :P

I watch the occasional bit of snooker :) my favourite player is the wizard from wishaw (higgins) and was amazed by the way he played earlier evening session on in a bit if not on already

I did watch snooker, I watched Neil Robertson grow up as a professional player - how is he doing now by the way? I need to start watching more.

Used to be mad on Snooker a few years back. Since that it's gone down hill and I've lost interest, prefer playing it than watching it now. Hopefully now that they have a new president of snooker it will progress and become better to watch.

I've watched it since I was like 5 or 6, long before I ever played it anyway. During an interval they showed a montage of clips from over the decade and it brought back so many memories. It was so awesome back then at the beginning of the naughties but even back in the 90s as well. Then they went on to talk about Paul Hunter and I was nearly crying :(.

Yeah they're talking about following up the expansion into China by expanding into mainland Europe to try and gain more popularity. The quality of snooker has not gone down hill at all mind you. There are some very talented young players about.

I think this government has a lot to answer for even within Snooker. I'm mainly thinking about the sponsorship of the UK Championship because it was always Benson & Hedges but of course tobacco can no longer be advertised so this year's sponsor was Pukka Pies, which in my opinion, is just laughable. I've even heard Ronnie say the Benson & Hedges days were the best.
