Hi I'm site-manager of a fansite opening this friday and Pauzeris has just purchased a forum, unfortunatly I cannot code nor design vbulletin skins and need one designed and coded.
It needs to be festive for the christmas occasion, blue and have festive buttons too! I'm willing to pay but I don't know where to begin to offer a price, so you would need to tell me.
