What happened to the no pointless posting? I thought the whole point of it being moved there was to stop the pointless posting. There's hundreds in there, may aswell be moved back to spam, would probably get less pointless posts there than it does already :rolleyes:

There aren't many pointless posts at all and any that are in there get cleared out.

It may be worth making a note that since that thread has been in Pictures & Photography it's consisted of no arguments whatsoever....

To add, we conduct regular clearouts of pointless posts and ensure the users are PM'd for doing so. It is much more structured than it was in spam and it's been successful having it out of the spam forum as it would turn into "Talk about random crap and post a picture of yourself occasionally" if it was still there. We can't expect detailed analysis of each picture so it's fine where it is.

If you read it as snotty then it's the way you read things, it was not intended to be snotty

It's not spam at all, there's nothing in there without relevance to the pictures posted and if you believe there is then please report it using the report button, thanks.

If you can see many, then maybe its best for you to report them. Because the sounds of it, they aren't pointless to Oli. They can have a slight discussion regarding the pictures if they want to.

Yes, friendly banter which has nothing to do with the thread, elsewhere on the forum it would be "frowned upon", so that's why I suggested it be moved.
