Wanting to start

I dont know how busy this area of the forum gets.. doesnt look too busy.

but i want to start up a new hobbie, such as dj'in, but im not sure where to start?

as in i want to find a decent set of decks, and start mixing etc.

money isnt a issue, as i have a job, that will help me afford equipment, as long as it isnt stupidly expensive..

I can't offer any help with this but I'd just like to suggest perhaps asking about decks in the Technology section. You'll probably get a lot more views there so more likely to get some advice :).

Local clubs usually offer help. Obviously not all people can give you the help you want but people are regularly booking DJ's and it's worth giving a ringup. Try finding someone local and close to you that can offer advice (google lol) Good luck x
