This is basically going to be a thread where i can keep people posted about me getting in shape.

Don't get me wrong, as of 22/12/09 i'm not overweight at all, far from it. However, i myself know that my diet, and lifestyle is slowy (really slowly) taking its toll. ALthough its not ntoiceable to others, i can tell my body fat % is rising.

Specifications as of 22/12/09 (updating)

Age: 18
Height: 5"9
Weight:
Body fat % (if i can work it out properly)

May add a link to photo for anybody interested.

So what am i going to do?

First of all, i know christmas is close and hence alcohol will be consumed, more so at new year. But, i am going to sort my diet out now, and start my workout, having christmas and new year as a couple of 'off days'.

Come The new year, i'll get really into this and hopefully start to see progress.

Goals include; Lose body fat, increase muscle mass, feel better.

Workout:

Baring in mind when college starts again i will have access to a free gym so i will deffinately start using that.

But until then i am going to:

Monday:
Tuesday:
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:
Sunday:

**** Note: ALl this will be updated tomorrow when i've worked it all out. Once again, you do not need to look at this, and i may start a blog, but if i get some good responses and good motivation or even anybody who wants to do this with me, i'll be happy.

Feel free to comment, give tips or ask questions.

Here is a good site- a free workout that actually is intense.

http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/abs.html

It looks really bad, and its not only for the abs, but the whole body.

I did this workout and it worked. Also, you can try the p90x or insanity. www.beachbody.com.

But because your a student, sixpackabs is free. :eusa_danc

Hope this helps, any questions just pm me.

Well if you're fatty bo batty then you need to eat less cals than your maintenance and get a load of protein in you. 1g/lb of bw minimum. It's possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

Btw, anyone noticed about 100x more threads on 'must g41n muscl3s pl0x in 2 weeks!!!'?

I just did a post on another thread about my diet and exercise regimen.

I won't repost here, as this thread is older but GOOOOOD LUCKKKKKK :)

I used to weigh loads, but now I am feeling happy and looking better than ever. It can be done :)
