So,how do you basically bond with someone who lives far from you?

Right,so I'm close with this girl and we are like siblings.I assume her as my sister nothing more or less.So,we don't go to the same studying place nemore cause I've completed mine but she hasn't.

Well,she went for the year end holidays and I had to stay due to my final exams.I texted her thrice and called her once during the early holidays.It was great and cool.After that,I texted her few times and called her few times after a week or so but she didn't reply.I was well quite pissed off and sad.

So,I didnt call or text her for almost 6 weeks up till today which I had a hard time reaching her.I was pissed off and plus she didn't even try to contact me during the whole 6 weeks.

Hence,I texted her about how I truly felt and asked her if she still wants to keep in touch with me?She hasn't replied.

What should I do?Should I call her or let her call me?And how to foster a strong brother-sister relationship?Is she worth it cause I do care for her.

Ta for reading + replies are appreciated

I had the same problem with my ex-girlfriend and at the end i just got fed up and stopped calling or texting her. A few days later she called back and was sorry for trying to avoid me as it didn't work and we got back together, which lasted for a week LOL. In your situation i would probably try call her again just incase the text didn't get to her but if she does'nt pick up the calls then i suggest you stop trying.

It might also be that she received the text and is trying to avoid you cos she might of felt different for you. If it was me i personally would of stopped calling long time ago and waited for her call but it's probably different for you as you care for her alot.

Good luck

You never know what has happened on the other end of the phone. She may not have received the text, accidently deleted it and more. Text her 1-2 more times and wait for a reply. Otherwise you will get a hint of what her impression is and take it from there.

In my opinion, let her call you. You've sent her enough texts and tried to contact her enough and she hasn't replied. Maybe she's not interested anymore? Or maybe she is just busy. But like I said. She shouldn't be waiting around on you to make the conversation. If she's that close to you, and cares that much she will eventually reply. :) Hope this helps in some way.

Maybe she has changed her number, or her phone is broken? Or something..

If you know this isn't true.. then i'd forget about it x

Well I managed to call her last night.It was not an okay conversation.I was very quite cause I was rather upset and didn't talk much.

By the way, the text I've texted her sounded like this;

Hey,I need to get a few things off my chest.I'm evil for not calling or texting you but I did try.To be honest,I was actually hoping for a simple hi from you.I'm wondering have things really chnged between us?Am I asking too much.Just say it straight if you do not hope to contact with me.It's better so we can both move on with our lives.

So,what do you think?Was I over-reacting or what?

And no,she hasn't changed her number.
