Hi I'm wondering if someone could help me name identify this film.

I once watched a movie as a kid about 2 guys who invented a computer for under $100 (I think the price might of been different) and the computer was called iMagic or something like that.
They sold their idea to a company for about $5 by accident the company stole their idea and tried to make millions of it but then the original inventers created an even better version and became millionaires.

Anyone know what this film is called?
