iTunes Home Sharing

Does it just mean I can get songs from one iTunes library onto another as long as I'm using the same account?

And how do I do it?

turn both itunes on and the computer go to the computer you wanna import the songs onto and click the Home sharing, you might need to sign into your account on the computer and authorize the computer once you do that the library should load and you just import the songs
