Rates for trading MS Points

Hey, I dunno if this is allowed on the forum but I'm not making any offers anyway, just asking for advice.

Could anyone give me a rough guide as to how many MS Points I should expect per my HC Sofa on Habbo UK? What about a Throne?

2100 MS Points = £18
1 Throne = 88 hcs

I dunno price of thrones now but they were £10 when they were 60 hcs, so I'd say around 1T 20Hcs.
