A lot of people in rock seem to die of sleep apneas. Anyhow, "natural causes" is the loosest of terms, so, jumping to conclusions given that he was a 28-year-old rocker, I'd say drugs.

i thought exactly the same thing.
i'm not too bothered about him dieing, i just hope something good comes out of it. like avenged sevenfold splitting up

Try showing some respect rather than bringing any grudges you have against the band into this thread please.
R.I.P. 'The Rev'. I am sure you will be missed by many.

Rest in peace. He just missed out on being part of the 27 club.

So sad. Too young to die. One of the best drummers in the rock/metal genre, if not the whole music industry. Left behind a wife. Avenged Sevenfold will not be the same without him. RIP Jimmy.

I'm sorry, he wasn't the best in the music industry.

I can't stop myself from thinking this was drugs related.
The amount of young celebrities who get wrapped up in the wrong thing and end up in the same sticky end is quite shocking really.

even though im not a fan of avenged this sucks for the metal community, their a current band doing well in the industry and this could well force them apart.
and from what I heard of him James Sullivan was a solid drummer, RIP.

as much as i want to disagree i cant. no one dies at 28 of real "natural causes."

honestly its not so shocking to me. im not sure i would even trust myself in a celebrity situation either, not that i think i would die of a coke overdose but im sure i wouldnt be healthy when i got older.

Yes, unfortunately it is a harsh reality.

ONE of the best, to be honest, he was one of the best, not THE best but definitely one of the best.
