What is your best Film of 2009, and why?
Mine is Christmas Carol 3d, it was amazing when I went to see in 3d plus I haven't watched much films this year either so yeah.

I'll answer this then later on I'll be thinking damn cos I'll think of a better answer.
Anyway I think it's between Watchmen, District 9 and Avatar. There's a film I haven't watched yet called Synecdoche, New York which would probably be a contender when I do. (I'm assuming these are all this year).
Avatar / District 9 / Watchmen :D
EDIT: *** AT ABOVE XD Coincidence.

Yeah lol, none of the people I saw it with even thought it was that good. It was funny in parts, but I think he was just trying to hard. I haven't even seen Borat either :P. I do still need to see Where the Wild Things Are.

So many great movies released this year. But it's a toss up between; Taken, The Hangover, District 9, Paranormal Activity and Harry Brown (Didn't enjoy Avatar one bit).
I'd have to go with, Taken, brilliant action thriller.

Taken was 2008, but as you said it's a great film.
Personally, Avatar or the Hangover.

My favourite film on 2009 is (500) Days of Summer followed by The Hangover.
