I know this might seem like a stupid question but are young people supposed to get their ears tested? I know elderly people do however I've never had mine tested but I always get my eyes tested.
I listen to a lot of loud music and recently I've been mishearing people a lot, especially in loud places like the middle of town and in parties etc.

I think you are just used to hearing the music. Turn it down a little

Well even if you listen to your music with the volume all the way up, your ears adjust over time so it doesn't seem as loud to you but you could still be doing damage to your ears - even if it doesn't feel like someone is screaming at you. It's worth getting them tested, although I can't imagine what they would do. Bear in mind that tinnitus is permanent so you might want to turn your music down a notch.
why don't you just stop listening to loud music. You should have them tested if you're having trouble but not normally i think as a baby you might because you're still developing but if anything is wrong you should get them seen to sooner rather then later :D!
