Hey,
Have any of you guys seen a film called "The Green Mile"? I was crying for fifteen minutes and even my dog was crying. LOL
Anyone else cry at that film?
Happy New Year

Utterly brilliant film. Frank Darabont's second Stephen King adaptation. He followed The Green Mile with The Mist, and preceeded it with what I and many, many people refer to as the greatest film of all time, The Shawshank Redemption.

Pretty much everything Misawa said. An absolutely fantastic film, though not as good as The Shawshank Redepmtion. Nevertheless, I cried.

I may have seen it before, can't say as I remember. I'll have to have a look at that one.

Absolutely brilliant film, adapted from a fantastic book too. I don't think you'll find many people who've seen this and not cried. Tom Hanks is a brilliant actor.
Yeah, I saw it a few days ago along with some other movies based on Stephen Kings novels like Carrie and Shawshank Redemption.
Their all great films, and it's really gotten me interested in Stephen Kings work.

In that case, MJJ, I would recommend to you:
The Mist
The Night Flier
The Shining (outstanding Kubrick film that King despises)
Creepshow (screenplay written by King, and he acts in it)
Christine
Children of the Corn
It
Thinner
The Langoliers
The Stand
The Dark Half
Pet Sematary
Misery
Stand By Me
Salem's Lot
I suggest watching all of them. They're awesome.

I still have not seen the ending of this film, I was watching it a while ago and was enjoying it but was really tired and fell asleep. The Shawshank Redemption deffinatly one of the greatest.

I don't have the nerve too. When they're walking the mile with John Coffey that's where I can't bare to watch any further. Such a fantastic film.
