Hello Guys,

Once again we are looking for staff to join our team.
To give people a chance to broaden there skills we have decided to incorporated all our current positions into one. Forum moderators, database administrators, Customer service reps and marketing will be now known as General Assistants.

What will you be doing? - Below is an in-depth job role specification.

• To assist service users with there issues and enquires.
• deal quickly and efficiently with customer enquiries or complaints by phone, post or email
• expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfilment
• occasionally work antisocial hours in order to meet customers’ requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business
• proactively foresee possible delays or complications and plan strategies to avoid or minimise them
• develop and implement new systems, procedures or working practices to improve customer service efficiency
• You will be contacting driving instructors, driving schools and other companies to see if they would be interested in being added to our database.
• Input data in the instructor database.
• Review driving instructor database requests.
• Work along side other team members to encourage instructors to join the scheme.
• Work with marketing/PR to draw up new promotional ideas.
• Research driving instructors and encourage them to join the scheme.
• liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues;
• developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications or on the radio
• maintaining and building contacts with the media;
• writing and distributing press releases;
• preparing photo shoots;
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers;
• arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating mailing databases;
• organising and attending events and exhibitions;
• securing sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects;
• carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness;
• evaluating marketing campaigns;
• monitoring competitor activity;
• contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies;
• managing budgets;
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
