Have you ever had really bad pain when you are ill and what did you do to get rid of it? i have they really bad stomach pains at the mo so bad i fall on the floor in pain and i hit like the door cuse it puts pain int he hand it stops me thinking about my stomach pains what do u do?

I do my mums method it works you lie flat on your back in your bed watching tv or summat and just gently rub your stomach it works wonders for me anyway hope you get better soon love Rach
