Hard to find rares :)

I am just wondering why so many rares are so hard to find like mysterious neckalaces for example, I recently paid 1.5hcs worth for one simply becuase they are so hard to come by. Same for rares like Ye Old Chest's, Adventure desks, and most other movie items.

Does it annoy anyone else? :)

I've always found any lasers given out in promotions difficult to find.
