I'm nearly ready to pass my driving exam but I haven't got the slightest about cars.
What was your first car? Or any recommendations?

Although i know its probably hated in the UK thanks to top gear or because its a crap company, the (Vauxhall) Vectra is pretty good. I drive it, i like how it isn't a big car and not a small car.

Don't, whatever you do, get that Mondeo. All of them have a broken back bumper, they're horrible to park and drive! Start off with something small, like a Fiesta, Corsa, Saxo etc. I'd suggest something that isn't too old, as you can get pretty good deals. For example, an '03 Fiesta for less than £2,000 (last I checked). Not too flashy, but not cheap as chips :)
Oh, and I got a 5-door Fiesta mk5 with a 1.4 petrol engine. Very nippy, nice space and good on petrol. It was £4,500 when I got it (years ago mind you), so it will be alot less now. It's worth thinking about, all the cars in that era ('03 Corsas etc) are pretty good, not hard to fix and come with some pretty good things inside.

With a bodykit, or somewhere between the Audi TT and the car? Or maybe neither, and it's hiding somewhere in the boot? :P

It's the seccond model, Style. Not much point in the style+ in my opinion. :8

Indeed, unless you consider air conditioning and a heated windscreen worth the extra £600 odd :) It's odd the Ka Zetec has the type of wheels you'd find on a standard Titanium Fiesta, Focus and Mondeo :/ Ford are terrible with not making their cars similar in specs depending on model :P *nerds out over Ford cars*

A/C alone is worth $1200 IMO. I am falling in love with Ford.. if they kept their value I would probably buy one.

I only knew of two kinds. I've only seen one of Yoshi's before and I was like wha?! Looks even more like a Fiesta than the first one :P.
