Found it while surfing the web, looks very intriguing.

It reminds me of Bioshock for some odd reason.

The engine is based off the STALKER engine, which was near Crysis levels, but this thing is for both PC and 360.

I also found it's only £30 at GAME, pretty cheap considering it's a new title.
