Habbo has been updated with a brand new Gift Wrap feature that will add a very special touch to your gifts.

Today saw the sparkly new release of Gift Wrapping. We have given you the option of decorating any gift that you buy with a wide range of fantastic skins, colours and bows. You can add this special touch to your friends' presents for just 1 Credit or you can choose to send the standard Gift Wrap for free. The choice is completely yours, but we hope you like the new options available to you.

That's not all. We have also added a brand new series of Achievements, with Badges, that will reward everyone who sends presents to their friends. Why? Well we think you should be rewarded for your generosity and so this is a little something for you, from us. We hope you enjoy your quest to reach the highest possible level.

Nice little update I guess. Not sure about what I think towards having to pay a credit to use the 'special' gift wrap, but the achievement badges are very nice.

I did that at lunchtime today and by the end I was soooooo bored. :'( I was impressed with some of the colours while levelling up though.

Again, it's another attempt by Habbo to take credits out of "the economy". It's a good addition (because it's optional!), but I doubt I will make use of it.

alot of people today will send pressies not thinking about it costing more then realise they lose an extra credit :P by default it should be set off not on though tbh

Level 10 looks quite nice. I'm up to Level 7, 8 is a horrible brown colour and putting me off. I'm bored of it now so I'm gonna stop for today. Lost two credits due to typos and forgetting to click the damn box. Habbo will rake it in with all our mistakes. Thanks for posting how many it is. Don't have 566 creds so having to do it in bundles of 80, very boring!

I did it with a clone, using 600 credits (obviously only needed 566), and it took about 40 minutes one way. That was before the new gift wrap was added though...

yeh every single credit you've got to tick the box so it doesn't cost you 2c :P should be default off though :x

I quite like this tbh. I have always thought that the presents were lacking in detail a bit, and with the new designs I feel it's more a personal touch.

At the end of the day, normal presents are still there, but having an extra service available like this is nice.

So many combinations now too, colours, bows, etc it's all a nice personal touch.
