Dear, Habbo, Hobbas, and any other staff who receive this,
This is raz..hilton. I had a problem with the habbo help tool with my actual, furni filled, account, raz-hilton. I have “misplaced my password”. I have not been banned or hacked. Please bear with me as I try to explain my problem.
Around four months ago we got a new internet service, which means we had to get a new e-mail address. The new e-mail was webmail. Well, I thought that I had changed it from my old email on my raz-hilton account. Well, a month or so later, lightning struck near our house and destroyed our modem. We had to get a new computer. We had chosen our new computer, but had to wait four-five weeks to get it due to technical difficulties. Well, we finally got our new computer, and I tried to get on habbo. Well at first I had to reinstall shockwave. I did that. Then on the Sulake screen I kept getting a message that said something. I can’t remember what it was though. I eventually got it fixed. I should have gone to the FAQ page first, which is how I fixed it. Well due to my loss of a computer and unwanted break from habbo, I hadn’t heard of the habbo help tool. You added that during my unwanted break. Well I went looking through it to see if I could e-mail you to fix the problem of the message. (which I got fixed after reading the FAQ) Well, I chose that I was a habbo. Then I typed in my name and email address. The name checked out, but my email… OH NO! Your e-mail did not match. Are you sure you typed in the correct one? Well, I chose that I knew I had typed in the correct address. Then it took me a screen where I had to confirm my DOB. I did that and it checked out. Then it told me to reset my account and they would send me my new password. Well, I waited and waited, and I never got a response. So I tried again, and still nothing. Well, I made a dummy with the same information and wrong email address, just to see if they would send it if I used the help tool with this account. Well I reset my account with that one, and they sent it within 3 minutes. Well, I tried once again with raz-hilton to see if habbo would send it to me like it did with my dummy account. Well, I reset my account, and I waited and waited and still never got it! Well, then I decided to ask a hobba. I called in the hobba Hjelp. She told me to use my raz..hilton account to email you and explain my problem. I wrote up an email explaining my problem and sent it in. She told me to include my name of the account I’m trying to get back, my old email address, my new email address, and my DOB and they should reply. Well, I sent that email and waited a week like it told me to, and I never got a response! Well, just recently (within the last two or three days) we got DSL. I’m happy we got it, because it is extremely fast! But, this means we will have to get a new email address again. So I will try to send this email again, hoping to get a response. I really hope to get one.

I really, really really reallly want my account back. I need to get in contact with some hobbas/ staff, but they never respond. I need to get in contact with them on something other than the help tool. I don't know what to do. I don't have a junk mail, so their email would not be there. Please help!
