Windows 7 Apperance/Theme help

Okay, so, yanno how WIndows 7 switches to its basic mode or whatever when you're in teamviewer and what not? Well, it did that for me while I was installing skype and stuff, and it won't change back. I even restarted it.
What do I dooo? I dont get the transparent windows, or get the color chooser thingy like last time, or the little window preview...

On the window that says change visuals and sounds on your comupter scroll up a little and click windows 7 under the Aero themes category.
