UserCP > Settings and Options > Edit Signature

or Quick Links > Edit Signature.

Sorry that's my fault, I forgot users who have less than 5 posts are not permitted to have a signature due to the fact a few weeks ago we had a lot of foreign accounts registering with dangerous links in their signatures.

If you post twice more (you currently have three posts) you should be able to edit your signature then :)
