Looks new to me, who's room was it in?

It's purple and Bling furniture is based on a majestic-purple, so maybe we could see the return of the Rares with the first item being that Screen.

Normal screens are Gold, Red, Gray and White and the Super screens are Green. On the screen, I like it although its been spotted on our hotel before and I hope it comes out as a normal rare - we have too many supers at the moment.

I think this might become the first super screen, then again is anyone after a super screen? If they do ebecome super i cant see them being in much demand but then again thats my personally opinion because i just think there plain ugly.

We have a super screen, the Green Oriental Screen. I think theres like two or so left in circulation, even when there were like 3 or 5 they weren't worth much when given out. I managed to get one for around 12.0 CS and I sold for 30.0 CS about a week later. They are doing better now though, they are at 270.0 CS now. Below is a picture (looks like the Gray really);

How can a rare with less than 25 in circulaiton not be classed as super.

The Yellow Solarium probably numbered over 100 when first given out, yet near the end there were only 10 or less left. If we base on how rare they are, we'll have moaning not to mention the fact that people often collect rares (making them seem rare) and then they can sell at any time - take Typewriters for example. A lot on the hotel, very common yet a few weeks ago they were so rare.

They were released via this website thing where basically anyone could sign up and bid on them, just like anyone can buy PayDay/UKash or Habbo Club provided they have the money. We decided to class all rares such as PayDay, Ukash, Wallie, Vue Cinema, Habbo Club and Swapitshop as Normal rares as you can purchase them with the only difference being that they are not in the catalogue. This is because they were so common and crowding up the Supers page that many didn't even consider these type of rares as supers, so to free up space in that section we moved them all not to mention to make sense in that all were together, and not PayDay, Ukash and Swapitshop in supers and Habbo Club in normals when they were the same method of releasing rares.

Normal rare - can purchase, catalogue or promotion.
Super rare - cannot purchase, competition or mistakingly released.

then in that case yeh they should be normal rares.

just because there aren't many doesn't make them super rare.

There a number of normal rares you hardly see anymore, theatre chairs etc but it doesn't make them supers.

Gold Oriental Screens were sold for swapitshop points on swapitshop.

Only 25 were given out... and it wasn't that long ago.. only a limited number could be bought (25).

Technically only a number of normal rares can be bought as they are only out for a certain amount of time, not to mention we've had limited edition rares which Habbo claim 'sell out' at a certain number. Would you class them as supers aswell?. If Habbo released a pillow under rares and said to us there are only 800 and once they are gone you cannot purchase anymore, would you class them as supers?

Well no because you buy as many as you want in that chosen period. And if a limited number was high they wouldn't be super.

We don't base rares on rarity, simple.

Well thats just stupid. The idea of super rare refers to very few or hard to find, back in the days.

I agree and that is why I think the sections should be renamed, or re-categorized altogether with like, recolors in one section, collectables in another, catalogue rares, etc :P

While we discuss placing of rares why is the Habbo Tower Trophy in supers when they were in catalogue at one point.

Well tbh, habbox's definition of super rare is unrealeased or accidently released furniture. Couldn't another section be added for the 'inbetween' rares like the ukash deals and gold screen and payday+?

EDIT: Definition (habbox): A Super rare by the Habbox definition means you cannot purchase the rare using real cash or credits on purpose, therefore that excludes items which have been released by mistake.

A promotional rares section you are suggesting, I have thought about it and HHGS had it also. As usual though, we are awaiting a new panel which would allow us to possibly create new sections but until it comes [hopefully soon] we can't do anything.
