Well, it recommended I do this on the internet, hopefully to get some moral support.
I'm stopping tomorrow because it's honestly come to the point that I can't afford food if I buy cigarettes.
So yeah, basically everyday I have to vent my frustrations and feelings in this thread.
Wish me luck :)
Nail! You smoke!?! Well not anymore!
Go watch CG and your problems will disappear.

Good luck pal, were here for you when it gets tough!
Are you going for the sudden stop or are you cutting your intake to let you down smoothly?

Sudden stop, also known as cold turkey. Gonna be hard, but I'll handle it.

I'm also planning on stopping starting tomorrow. Going to have a pack of twenty to last 2 weeks to begin with.

If you are finding it really hard you can get a prescription for something to aid withdrawal.
The NHS give patches, noo-noo's, and chewing gum out for free to quitters under 18.
Might be worth a visit to the docs
Meree.

Eww smoking. I have a cigarette on every occasion. Which isn't often, but I had one today. Best of luck.

Good luck to both of us. I have two more to smoke tonight, than I'm done for good.

I know, not under 18 though.
A doctor can prescribe something even though patches are not advised for under 18s they can make a judgement.

If you're smoking that many in 1 hour, I recommend help with quitting.

I'm still off them, weekend is hard because I decided to stop drinking for 2 weeks to avoid going back on cigs. Boredom is my greatest enemy.
Good stuff you're doing a great job, just make sure you don't mess up!

I'd say do some knitting but that wouldn't be cool for a guy. What about the cinema or something?

That's pretty amazing, I think once you've managed without them for a certain amount of time, your confidence builds up and you think I can do this, so you succeed
Keep it up, you have some strong will power :)
And for boredom, try playing some video games

A true test arrives though, we're going to a club on Thursday next week so it's gonna be difficult.
Omg clubs are the worse especially when like everyone is smoking its gonna be hard too 'cos your prob going to be drinking. Fight the temptation though !
