I Think The Owner Of The Room Cna Mass Message Peeps in His/Her Room SO If You Owned A Theme Park You Could Say A Welcome Note. Or If You Are Closing The Room You Can Tell Them.

I hve heard of this before. I think its a good idea but i think you should only be able to have one like a welcome note or a notice as many owners would be flooding messages

This is a good idea, however I think mods should be able to remove this power to people who abuse it, or make it a bannable offense, imagine having 100 'Habbo Says' popups on your screen :o

Ya, it's a very good idea. Unfortunately it won't make habbo money so chances are we will never see it. But still would be a great benefit to us, except for the fact we might get flooded by room owners.
