Nascar and Handball!

this isn't meant to be an attack, but could you actually explain to me why NASCAR is good? cause when ive seen it in the USA or on Sky, what's the attraction?

Handball looks fun.

The USA's fascination with baseball is a bigger mystery than Area 51 as far as I'm concerned.

Hurling.

He's probably joking (:P) but I can happily watch hurling. I watched my uncle playing in Ireland once too. Gaelic football is interesting as well.

Init! Nascar is so boring unless there's a crash. Anyone remember the cartoon on Fox Kids called Nascar Racers? Loved that though :P Still haven't seen handball being played, only heard about it in my French lessons lol.

Far from it, used to have some family in Ireland so would watch Cork, even had a Cork shirt.

I like the red sox (Boston?) because when I was there in 04 they were the first team I saw play on tv!

would you believe that i represented my state playing that game? I now play racquetball (the easy alternative to squash) on a weekly basis.

There is no attraction what so ever, its boring as hell. But i was strangely hooked when the footy season ended last year and i had nothing to watch.

I thought better of you. You seem to support the wrong team in Chicago.

Yeah, I'll watch any American Sport. Not too fussed on NBA mind. Watch NHL when I can and watched MLB practically everyday in the summer when it was free on ESPN.

I've never seen it on TV but I've watched lots on the internet of Australia Rules (Football), looks rather good.

Its freakin' awesome. Although in recent years they wave watered down the toughness too much. You can barely hit the opponent without getting in trouble.

I watch NFL, NBA and NHL, and sometimes I like to watch Slamball, always a good laugh. Also a big fan of Speedway which I'm not sure many people watch, but the season finished a few months ago and Wolverhampton Wolves won the Grand Final ;).
