I am don't think there is any bylaw against Dog's peeing. Only not picking Dig poo is an offence. You should be fine and you never know it might end up on 'You been framed'. Cocaine as usual like to have his fun:P :D

Dog can be siezed

Not for peeing anywhere. Certainly not on a plant, any way.

And where do you get this nugget of information from? If all the dogs that had a pee were siezed then they would all be in lock up. :P

Are you American? Most UK bylaws on dog fouling are enacted under The Litter (Animal Droppings) Order 1991 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990 - which covers poo poos rather than wee wees.

The Welsh are covered by the same laws then - the law you posted was American. You're fine, don't worry :P.

i cannot find ANYTHING about dogs peeing only dogs fouling, which is poo as pee cannot be cleaned up unless you have a hose in your bag ;]
but the UK and USA have same rules?
and do the school check CCTV everyday? or when an alarm or something happens? like.. they can check what day it happened?

Dogs (Fouling of Land Act 1996) states:

Offence

(1) If a dog defecates at any time on designated land and a person who is in charge of the dog at that time fails to remove the faeces from the land forthwith, that person shall be guilty of an offence unless—
(a) he has a reasonable excuse for failing to do so; or
(b) the owner, occupier or other person or authority having control of the land has consented (generally or specifically) to his failing to do so.

It does not discuss weeing. The UK and US legal systems are different.

Its not an offence for the dog to pee, but its an offence forit to vandalise the wood chippings.

Because it did this, you'll be held responsible, thus judged to be incapable of keeping the dog under control. Ultimatley this could result in your dog beinmg seized

It will be fine - don't worry. Dog wardens are few and far between in Swansea. They have better things to do by checking the beaches for Dog Poo! xx

dogs do that to grass aswell, it's to .. like hide their mark if on wood chippings etc and i just found this on a site...

At least dogs are allowed to urinate in public. We can't defecate, spit or urinate without breaking the law. Now London Underground staff, as well Birmingham's Central Trains, have been issued with DNA testing kits, the results of which can be measured against the national DNA database. Admittedly this is to combat spitting at people, but how long before a casual phlegmy gob in the gutter comes under such microscopic scrutiny?

sorry if i aint allowed this link, it is only a link to an article

he peed against the school wall and on their plant, so i'm fine?
i'm not in any trouble because that article i gave a link to and a yahoo answer said there is no law about dogs peeing in public places so the school, cannot do anything? only give a warning?

Isn't it natural for dogs to piss everywhere? Mine do all the time. It's not like anyone cares, they see it's a dog!!

Wee isnt the issue, the dogs technically a vandal for throwing wood chips around. The camera will show YOU messing with them so i wouldnt be surprised if you got the blame

-x--Jessica--x-
04-02-2010, 07:49 PM
right this is what happened, he peed on plant, he pulled a few woodchipping up but be honest there is no "right" place for them as well.. you can put them anywhere.
and i evened them out surely there is no damage and Vandalism is breaking something or making a mark that will NEVER come off, smashing something. i don't think they will put a plaster on wood chippings tbh.

They will send you a £5.45 fine and warn you if your dog is seen on the property again it shall be seized.

If you then fail to pay them the ransom fee they'll sell it to the highest bidder from China, you'll be able to get it back again via buying McDonald burgers.

Why do you need to talk to the headmaster!? You said you fixed the pieces of wood chippings, they won't care. Its not like they are missing buckets full of the stuff, are they? They will understand what dogs are like -.-
