Erm I've not been contacted about a vB4ified valentines so I am inclined to believe the upgrade will take place after - which leaves a good year or so to get one up for you (H). Though I'm not sure what you mean there

No need to apologise graham, it's a fair comment.

They do look similar, but I would say these are just a foundation to build up as we go along. With quite a significant update it's best to have things that will work through the various rapid patches and tweaks until vBulletin becomes more stable.

I agree fully with Jamesy, vBulletin 4 is a massive change for skinning, and it's easier to start off with styles looking similar, also quicker (for you lot who moan about 'i dont like so and so skin, you can change). And then edit them further.

Wouldnt you rather have 3/4 styles to pick from or just one fully edited?

I don't see why people think skins can only be made once while active. The skinners can easily make adjustments while its live. It's what I'd do at least. Release the skins, and make adjustments like making them more advanced (logged in boxes in a special area, parts chucked around etc). So far they look at bit modern, which is a good thing :)
