Is it making any beeping noises? Are the fans/heatsinks definitely working?

Any beeps?
Do the fans spin?
Make sure your RAM and Graphics card are both seated properly and make sure you put the CPU in the right way

No noises are being made. The fan on the new pc spins sumtimes varies from 30 secs - 40 secs then either 5-10 seconds.
Ther ram and graphics card are seated properly and the cpu is in correctly aswell.

These are the parts on the new pc. Just this i have had to change my RAM because i ordered the wrong parts the ram link i added is the wrong one but this should still not effect it turning off instantly.
EDIT: My power psu in the case is 450W

Could have got the DDR# or the MHz wrong.. Easy mistake IMO.

That should do it, DDR3 1066MHz is supported by that Mobo you linked to on the last page.
