After the apparent success of the Hx vs CH event I have thought of an idea.
Perhaps Habbox and Clubhabbo could work more closely together where some competitions and events are advertising both of the two fansites. Basically they would be posted on both sites, prizes could be bigger, more people could be involved and it would be a great advertisement for both sites. A partnership between both the sites could generate active users for both of the sites, create a good community and at the same time a little bit of rivalry :)
Thoughts?

I doubt we could join up on a permanent basis, although these head to head things are quite good.
Perhaps a larger inter-fansite event with more fansites would be good though!

I don't agree with what you said, we should be left alone in my opinion beause otherwise it would cause havoc, I can just imagine it lol. But yeah, agreed with Oli it was a great set of events and should be done more often :)

It would be awsome if HxSS was combined!

I am certainly not asking for the sites to be combined completely, just I think more inter fansite events, preferably only good official fansites (cough not habboforum) to be involved :)

I like this idea. The whole "rivalry" I seem to notice between Habbox and Club Habbo has always really annoyed me. From what I've observed, I think the management from both parties would be happy to give this a chance but the only barriers are those created by the regular members. On the bright side, all it can really do is help spread members loyal to either one across both, rather than having separate audiences. Basically I think it's a good opportunity to help Habbox grow.

I think for most people involved, the past few days has been a nice bit of fun. It'd be nice to see it happen again. :)

Hahahaha no. No way in hell would I ask for clubhabbo and habbox to merge sites lol.
I won't go in to detail, but I think most people on this forum would know I would HATE that :P
Yeah we can defo do something similar again :). Could try and get some other fansites involved too if they're interested.

i think the events like this are great.
it really bought the fansites together, although it was a competition?
i met a few people at the events i went to, and then when i signed up here they were saying 'I know you from that event!'
which is great.
we should definetly do more!

That is just as good as suggesting Asda and Tesco both do sales on the same item at the same price and advertise in one others store about the sale at their store and the others store?

Didn't fansites often get involved with each other before Habbo removed fansites from the limelight, and when they featured in the HabboHood Happenings?

Well they shouldn't be. Fansites should work together to improve the Habbo community - especially now that Sulake have pretty much shot them all out of the sky. The divide between certain fansites where members of one constantly hate on the other is just pathetic and tiresome. As Ross said, I'm sure fansites used to a lot more co-operative of each other.
