When does the new skill get released? Im sure its around this time.

What are your thoughts behind this amazing update which will have millions of players no lifeing trying to get 99 then 99% give up in the first few days.

I really have no idea about what the new skill could do you?

Well its for sure before 2011 so it culd be soon or in a few months.
I also heard its suppose to be something like necromancy
although they already have magic so i have no idea...

Joe its a brand new skill, not seen on any other game and it does not begin with letter B, thats all we have been told. Ow and it will be here within next 4 weeks a j mod sed on rs forum today.

not sure, i think its guna end up some sort of skill like agility or theifing, like doesnt cost loads and not buyable if u get wt i mean.

Sounds good, kinda cool they are making it f2p as well will give some of the f2p something to do even though you will need to buy members to get it to 99 faster.

To be honest, it's not a really good idea in saving up you're money now.

1) Because when skills come out like construction the last skill i recall.. Everyone was selling planks for like 10k each and idiots was stupid enough to buy that.

Sailing has been comfirmed by Andrew that it will NEVER be a skill.

It won't be sailing and i remeber when that screenie came out there was a big deal but it was a fake :P

This is the main reason why I stopped playing Runescape. The amount of money it costs Jagex to release a new skill is amazing. The money they spend obviously comes from what we pay for membership and F2P are getting a new skill for nothing when we have to pay.

Although it's about time they release a hard skill, one like Farming or Slayer as the recent ones were just piss takes.

I really cant think of anything, would be cool if its something like Leadership, you get control of a small army and then you have to train the army and make it stronger and bigger but thats kinda like summoning and the two minigames.

hehe I think horseriding would be quite cool, just cos it takes me forever to get to places. I'm sure they said it had nothing to do with transport though... not 100% sure so don't quote me on that!

The skill will involve alot of your money without doubt, there is money flowing into the game with ease from PVP and not enough flowing out, there is people walking about with billions because of the expert GrandExchange merchants.
You can place money on that it cost and will NOT be free like agility thieving or anything else similar.
