Scan your computer using a virus scanner, if you don't have one, PM me and I'll give you the link to AVG free.

Make sure you don't give your address, DOB, email out to anyone, and password for that matter if you're that stupid.

Don't accept files off anyone that you do not trust. Trust no-one. Don't get things that you don't need.

Well, the only reason you would have a RAT or keylogger on your computer if you have downloaded untrustworthy off the internet. Or if you have visited a dodgey website and you have been java drivebyed.
