Its a layout I think people should like because it is up to date.

It's not too bad. I think you need to improve the navigation, there are far too many sites with the same style.

I'll give it a 6/10 mainly due to the lack of uniqueness however it is a good layout.

wow I hate when someone gives a site 10/10, you can't ever have a perfect site its almost impossible, give some realistic ratings. 6.

even with leet code the max he would get is 20£ and I'm assuming mickword isn't a pro at coding so i'd say 10, probs even less. IMO most habbo layouts are worthless now days due to lack of funds for radio licences. Yes ppl can probs make resource sites but its all been done.
