Both instrumental and both are from films. I don't find many songs that sad to be honest, but I have cried while listening to both songs mentioned above, simply because of how beautiful they are but also because of how heartbreaking they can be when accompanied with the right imagery. Little Soldier Boy sung by Mako also gets the waterworks going. However, that is mostly because of how it was used in a series I love, and also because Mako has now passed away. Basically, I don't find a song sad unless it is accompanied with some really upsetting imagery, or unless I can relate to it in an emotional way - which isn't often for the latter.

Honestly, if I'm having a bad day, I can listen to most songs and listen to the lyrics and it makes me go teary.
But the one song would probably be Man In The Mirror, it's just really strange, I start deep thinking when I hear it.

This girl in my class crys when she hears Take That, she had it on her phone in R.E and she just put her head down on the table and started crying..
