Even if we assume the bank wasn't able to see your balance, once you've churned enough money out into circulation it will cause the value of the currency to decrease. The rate at which it does so depends on the rate you are printing the money (which is essentially what you're doing), and we're no doubt talking about big spending here. Hey, I'm not gonna lie; I'm just reiterating what I learned about Germany in GCSE History :P
