View Full Version : Xbox Live not working

Today my brother came down to me and said it's not connecting to xbox live, and it's that thing where it says you might be using the wrong WEP Key or something. But we've put the key in over and over again. But it's still not working. Can anyone suggest any ideas that might help thanks. :) Oh and would someone making a new profile make a difference? +Rep to anyone who posts a constructive idea or answer :) Thanks

I know its quite obvious but you may not have tried it.

Have you unplugged your router for 30 seconds then plugged it back in again?

If your using a cable check both ends are in the xbox and router correctly and that there is no breakages in the cable itself.

If you have the BT-homehub ones then it's just those probs, I get those all the time with my PS3 and computer.

sometimes my xbox gets this, i cant remember how to get there, which doesnt help at all, but if you get to the page where you can test the connection to xbox live, try it and see if it works after. works every time for me

It doesn't. And it's worrying me because I haven't even had xbox live for 2 weeks yet.
