Seeing as the other thread was closed, I thought I'd make a new one and all arguing can be dealt with by moderators, as they're hired to do. Rather than close it for arguing yet giving no posting to cause argument infractions ;). Anyway - this time I'll be able to close it if I see anybody arguing and will report the posts to help the mod team :).

Anyway, it's a site owned by ludus and ran by myself and Nirkle. It only opened a few weeks ago and already has a decent level of activity. This weekend the radio will be unveiled properly as it has all been coded and DJs have been hired by the Radio Manager, Leaahh. So if you're into online Radios, be sure to tune into that.

We run around 3 events per day on Habbo for a mixture of furni and forum related prizes such as reputation and VIP. We also have regular competitions which are short, snappy and to the point but still tickle your brain cells! The forum is still growing and learning how to be functional so pelase don't hesitate to tell me your ideas on how it can be improved, I'll be sure to reply.

Thanks Mick. Also, just to add - I can handle criticism, constructive or not. I'm used to it. Just don't post the same thing over and over again, it's tedious. Anyway, we should be getting a room on Habbo soon so if you play Habbo, will be a nice place to chillax.

But the real question is 'why are they?' because ludus is the owner. I actually like the forum, some of the users are nice but I don't understand why some habbos are trying to protect the fact that its only popular because ludus owns it. If ludus ownt it and wasn't habbo staff i'd say to him fair play.

I dont use HabboxForum anymore and havent done in a while, just came on because i saw something on HabboForum.

Tbh Jake is doing a spot on job with the forum, and as for people saying Ludus doesnt own HabboForum he does ;s

But i see Jake as owning it. Ludus is nothing but a normal person behide his Habbo Staff badge.

All this crap about people stealing other people is pointless, just remember this is based around Habbo ;s its rather stupid if you ask me but yeah.

Yeah, the mgmt is so screwed on there now. First they deicde to "pretend" fire everyone, only to use the same mgmt structure as habbox anyway ;l then fire Ryan for something he'll never do.

I'm sorry but I have ran out of sympathy for this site. I avoided following many others who immediately shot it down from the start and feel that I gave it a fair chance. But from my personal experience of the site, combined with how I have seen high ranking representatives of it conduct themselves elsewhere (such as right here on Habbox Forum), I no longer hold any respect for Habbo Forum.

It's pretty much him alone. In my opinion Habbo Forum has the potential to become a fantastic fansite community but for the sour attitude of him who completely lets it down. And I'm not just talking about his attitude with me.

Wow, what a disappointment. I expected good things from this forum... it seems a shame that personal prevalence (i think that's the word) has gotten in the way of a smooth running forum. Although - it has shown quite clearly to me that the people you think are alright, once they are in the, let's say "spotlight", aren't perhaps the same.

If you look in the staff forums there are every PM that's been recieved and sent and considering I've PMed both Jake and Stu (Ludus) with a valid reason why their allegations aren't true and they haven't replied, I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Said it before and will say it again with absolutely no malice - I believe this will go the same way as Habmate and oftw. The fact that ludus is backing the project will make it last far better than they did (and of course has given it a decent boom to start with) but ultimately I can see it being wittled down to a few core members unless they come up with a monopoly on something other than e-licking each other. Aside from the obvious draw of "famed" characters being present to keep the 12 year olds happy I can't imagine why a new community like this would thrive. Then again, maybe ludus will pull some strings and manage to force people to join up.
