Hi, I like this person right. And I think they like me, but there's a small problem. They are about to turn 18 I think. and I am younger buy a bit. Should we get together or not?

It depends. I suppose if your a little bit younger, then that's okay. But if your quite alot younger, I'd say wrong. When are you turning 18? As I dont go much on the thought of people dating another person, who are 18, or just turning, and when they are, that person isn't even near 16 as legal. But nevertheless, you can't think they like you. They either do or don't. So you should go and talk to them, and tell them how you feel, and just hope they feel the same way. Good luck.
