Do/would you do this when cleaning them?
I was doing mine earlier and my mum was like ewww how can you do that:S:S She doesnt like the thought of them swimming by your hand but they all move away from your hand anyway so :S
Yeah, I do all the time lol...
and like to move things and get the filters out 'n' all that.
the only thing i wont do is take a dead fish out with my hand.

Fish are lovely, when I had them I couldn't keep my hand out of there. (somehow that seems wrong in the way its worded :P)

Your mum will be thinking along the lines of the fish doing the toilet in the water.

I agree, such a temptation. ;)
I don't see the problem with doing it aslong as you wash your hands afterward :P
and aslong as they arent piranhas haha

Yeah I don't mind at all, they're always curious aha. It's a bit worse when you have to take a dead one out though.

When i went fishing, i had to pickup the all the fish i caught, some of which were big and i had to put my thumb in its mouth so it would stop jumping around so i didnt drop it and hurt it, so yes i would...
yeah i don't mind i put my hands in my pond and god knows what's in there :eusa_danc

Ew, no way. I have 2 tanks, one to put them in whilst I clean there main tank.
Only if your hands are clean to start with, otherwise it may infect the tank. Other than that I see no problem.

dont sanatise your hands then put them in because it'll definitely contaminate the water, aslong as you havent got any substances on your hands you're fine.
