1-99 Str Guide ~ Help

Is there any good str guides around, i'v gone though loads on youtube and none of them work for a person with 1 def. so any ideas for gett 60 str i'm 45 atm, btw i dont realy like doing rock crabs lol

Well rock crabs are your best bet tbh so I'd just stick with those... Or experiments.
