How many people use #irc

This was suggested awhile ago but everyone was like 'NOOOOOO' because they all liked IRC but tbh i think someone should make one and like have a Sticky or something of whos to join so everyone from this section knows?

That might make the Hxf Rs community stronger?

No im talking about making a Clan Chat instead of the IRC one as that invovles downloading and stuff (even though its fast to get) but if its Clan Chat everyone can use that easily.

I thought clan chat you couldnt enter after the one whos hosting it left game? o.O

Nope thats wrong you can be in anyones Clan Chat if they're off or on.

Only way someone cant join a CC is if the Owner changes the who can join settings to like; Has to be on friends list, or like has to be a General Rank in the Clan Chat. Otherwise everyone can join!

So if this were to be made I'd say keep it 100% public so anyone could join obviously.
