For me it's normally midnight on weekdays, and 3:00AM on weekends. :P

Sorry, to elaborate on this.

My working week is saturday to wednesday. So I go to sleep early on Friday till Tuesday (i stay up "late" on wednesday for the sleep in on thursday).

So on my days off (wednesday night and thursday night) I go to bed around 8-9pm and between 1-3am respectively.
