Hey Guys! I was recently told by MrOliver to edit this usersystem, so it looks better, because it does look kinda **** tbh. lol. Any how, me and him said we should release it for fansites. So here it is, its just a edit please note that we are not saying we designed and coded it ourselves, because we didn't. Also, I couldn't find the owner of the script to ask if I could edit it, the features on the script have been removed and therefore it is sorta like ClubHabbo's profiles a bit with out the rating system. But yeah, here it is:

You do realise that if a DMCA has been sent to your host or anything, then they'll remove it off your server and possibly terminate your service, so if I were you I'd delete it from your server asap

This script is free to use and edit as long as the credit links on the login page & Main Page is kept.

The layout etc may be changed and more 'MODs' for the script can be made by users as long as the copyright remiains.

The copyright cannot be hidden or changed colour to blend in with the background no matter what the circumstances may be.

But don't worry I will remove it like.

I am actually referring to the copy ross is not happy with. I know about hs - I was almost buying half of it - sadly time got ahead of me and I never got aronf to closing a deal. But yeh I have no problems with people downloading it :p

Copyright is free and lasts until the owner of the thing that is copyrighted has been dead for 75 years. *Removed*

And you editing one part and deeming it as yours is infriging his copyright, therefore, you would be liable for prosecution which can lead up to a fine and sentence. But you obviously wouldn't receive the sentence and instead your parents would receive the fine as you are obviously very young.

What he has done is pretty much made it good under your 'companies' name. He's prettymuch helped you. (Im not taking sides here, but it does seem kinda stupid to be fighting over, it's some stupid habbo fansite script that has just been modified a little).

Even if it was licensed under cc by the release by Mick is still invalid as it does not comply with the cc by license as section 4. A clearly states:

"You must include a copy of, or the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for, this License with every copy of the Work You Distribute or Publicly Perform."

and 7A states:

"This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by You of the terms of this License. "

Therefore Mick is in breach of the license and therefore it is terminated resulting in him being liable for breach of copyright.
