Hello,

As you may of noticed I haven't been here in a heck of a while (except for the last few weeks). But I remembered how you guys are so good with ideas and criticism so I thought I'd interest as well as seek your opinion on a new logo design I'm doing for my website, didehvar.com.

Here's the first WIP I've mashed up. Preferably I want you to hate it so that I can make it better.

Comments/ideas/suggestions/improvements/etc?

Thanks,
James.

I don't like the Copyright (C) in the middle of the D for starters.

It's awful, bland etc.

No, nor do I. Thanks.

Could you, expand - as to say? Just saying something is awful and bland doesn't really help oneself.

There's not much colour and no depth.

Not really a logo but w/e, the colours are very dull and I don't know if it reflects the colour scheme of the site as the overuse of colours kinda makes it worse, and why is the AR a different colour to the rest of the word?

I like it, maybe add some boldness to some letters, for example the "ARCOM" bit...

Ill look forward to the finished product...

Lew.

I agree, I'll work on a shadow and a pull back.

Well the site sort of uses every colour in the world. But I don't like the colours either, so thanks for that. The AR is different so it fits in with the .com; but I agree it doesn't look right.

I'll consider using 'boldness'.

Thanks all, +rep where I can.
