Yeh, im currently using one at school for technology, i need it to do the electronics for my gcse project which is to design a light. i am using it to wire the leds and stuff. just wondering if anyone knew what a levels use soldering alot and is to do with wiring because i really enjoy it. thanks

I know my college offers a course of "Systems and Control" , have a look on edexcel sites and stuff. :)

i would say tech i think like resistant materials you could always get your own like from B+Q for £11 my brother has one because that's what he is interested into :D

I used them in my Graphic Products A-Level - only to wire a radio though lol.

i used them to make a radio in year nine. Unfortunately i held the hot bit and had to go to hospital because i needed it to be sorted LOL!! I never finished the radio and got kicked of tech soon after :D!
